Position: Guest Service Agent

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a Front Office or Guest Service role.
  • Excellent communication skills and a friendly, welcoming demeanor.
  • A team player with a strong service-minded attitude.
  • Ability to handle check-in, check-out, and guest inquiries efficiently.
  • Proficiency in English is highly desirable.
