Position: Junior Sous Chef
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2-3 years of operational kitchen experience in a fine dining or luxury resort setting.
- Experience in both Asian and Western cuisine is highly preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to supervise and motivate a section of the culinary team.
- Good communication skills in English.
- A passion for culinary innovation, creative food presentation, and menu planning.
- Minimum qualification of a Diploma; HACCP certification is a plus.
