Position: Junior Sous Chef

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2-3 years of operational kitchen experience in a fine dining or luxury resort setting.
• Experience in both Asian and Western cuisine is highly preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to supervise and motivate a section of the culinary team.
• Good communication skills in English.
• A passion for culinary innovation, creative food presentation, and menu planning.
• Minimum qualification of a Diploma; HACCP certification is a plus.
