Position: Captain Floor (Gading Serpong)
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of servers, greeters, and other floor staff during shifts.
- Ensure exceptional guest satisfaction by monitoring service standards and resolving any issues promptly.
- Assist in training and developing floor staff on menu knowledge and service etiquette.
- Manage table allocation, reservations, and guest flow to optimize seating capacity.
- Oversee the opening and closing duties of the dining area, ensuring cleanliness and readiness.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Floor Captain or in a similar supervisory role.
- Well-groomed with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
- Customer-oriented with a positive and proactive attitude.
- Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
- Strong knowledge of F&B service standards and operational procedures.
- Ability to handle guest complaints and resolve issues effectively.
