Position: Captain Floor (Gading Serpong)

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of servers, greeters, and other floor staff during shifts.
• Ensure exceptional guest satisfaction by monitoring service standards and resolving any issues promptly.
• Assist in training and developing floor staff on menu knowledge and service etiquette.
• Manage table allocation, reservations, and guest flow to optimize seating capacity.
• Oversee the opening and closing duties of the dining area, ensuring cleanliness and readiness.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Floor Captain or in a similar supervisory role.
• Well-groomed with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
• Customer-oriented with a positive and proactive attitude.
• Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
• Strong knowledge of F&B service standards and operational procedures.
• Ability to handle guest complaints and resolve issues effectively.
