Position: Cluster Revenue Specialist

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and update room rates and inventory across various online travel agencies (OTAs) and booking platforms.
• Gather and analyze competitive pricing and market demand information.
• Assist in building and maintaining rate codes and packages in the hotel’s systems.
• Generate and distribute revenue performance reports.
• Support the revenue management team with daily tasks and data entry.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in hotel reservations, e-commerce, or revenue analysis.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficient in using hotel property management systems (PMS) and online distribution channels.
• Good analytical and numerical skills.
• Organized and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is an advantage.
• Proactive and eager to learn.
