Position: Cluster Assistant Revenue Manager

Responsibilities:

• Support the Cluster Revenue Manager in developing and implementing revenue strategies for multiple hotels.
• Analyze booking patterns, market trends, and competitor data to identify revenue opportunities.
• Assist in managing inventory and pricing across all distribution channels.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly revenue reports and forecasts.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to execute promotional strategies.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a hotel revenue or reservations role.
• Strong analytical skills with a high level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Familiar with hotel PMS, CRS, and revenue management systems.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to interpret complex data.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Finance, or a related field.
• Eager to grow a career in revenue management.
