Position: Cluster IT Manager
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the IT infrastructure, systems, and operations for a cluster of IHG hotels.
- Ensure the security, stability, and efficiency of all hotel networks and computer systems.
- Manage IT projects, including system upgrades, installations, and migrations.
- Provide technical support and guidance to hotel staff and management.
- Develop and manage the IT budget and ensure compliance with IHG brand standards.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in an IT management role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Strong knowledge of hotel systems (PMS, POS), network administration, and data security.
- Experience in managing IT for multiple properties is highly desirable.
- Excellent problem-solving and project management skills.
- Strong leadership and communication abilities.
- Fluent in English.
