Position: Cluster IT Manager

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the IT infrastructure, systems, and operations for a cluster of IHG hotels.
• Ensure the security, stability, and efficiency of all hotel networks and computer systems.
• Manage IT projects, including system upgrades, installations, and migrations.
• Provide technical support and guidance to hotel staff and management.
• Develop and manage the IT budget and ensure compliance with IHG brand standards.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in an IT management role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
• Strong knowledge of hotel systems (PMS, POS), network administration, and data security.
• Experience in managing IT for multiple properties is highly desirable.
• Excellent problem-solving and project management skills.
• Strong leadership and communication abilities.
• Fluent in English.
