Position: IT Staff
Responsibilities:
- Maintain and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network systems within the hotel
- Provide technical support to staff and guests regarding IT issues
- Ensure data security and perform regular system backups
- Assist in the maintenance of the hotel’s Property Management System (PMS)
- Monitor internet connectivity and ensure stability for operations
Qualifications:
- Min. one years experience in similar position
- Excellent communication skill and pleasant personality
- Passionate about people and service
- Bandung residents preferably
- Knowledge of networking and hotel systems is an advantage
- Problem-solving mindset
