Position: Revenue Manager

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic revenue management initiatives to maximize the resort’s revenue.
• Analyze market data, competitor pricing, and booking trends to inform pricing strategies.
• Oversee all aspects of inventory management across all distribution channels.
• Prepare accurate and timely revenue forecasts, reports, and performance analyses.
• Lead weekly revenue strategy meetings with the hotel’s executive team.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, or Finance.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Revenue Manager in a five-star hotel or luxury resort.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Expert proficiency in hotel PMS, CRS, and Revenue Management Systems (e.g., Opera, Marsha).
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
