Position: Mechanical Technician

Responsibilities:

• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on mechanical systems, including HVAC, pumps, generators, and kitchen equipment.
• Troubleshoot mechanical failures and execute effective solutions in a timely manner.
• Conduct regular inspections of all mechanical plants and equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Maintain accurate logs of all maintenance work and repairs.
• Adhere to all workplace safety standards and procedures.

Qualifications:

• A vocational diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Mechanical Technician, preferably in a luxury resort or hotel.
• Strong hands-on knowledge of HVAC systems, water pumps, generators, and other mechanical equipment.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read technical manuals and blueprints.
• A proactive and team-oriented approach to tasks.
• Commitment to safety and quality workmanship.
