Position: Mechanical Technician
Responsibilities:
- Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on mechanical systems, including HVAC, pumps, generators, and kitchen equipment.
- Troubleshoot mechanical failures and execute effective solutions in a timely manner.
- Conduct regular inspections of all mechanical plants and equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Maintain accurate logs of all maintenance work and repairs.
- Adhere to all workplace safety standards and procedures.
Qualifications:
- A vocational diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Mechanical Technician, preferably in a luxury resort or hotel.
- Strong hands-on knowledge of HVAC systems, water pumps, generators, and other mechanical equipment.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to read technical manuals and blueprints.
- A proactive and team-oriented approach to tasks.
- Commitment to safety and quality workmanship.
