Position: Facility Operations Manager

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the overall maintenance, repair, and operation of the hotel’s facilities, including MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) systems.
• Manage the engineering team, providing leadership, training, and scheduling to ensure efficient operations.
• Implement and manage a preventive maintenance program to ensure the longevity and reliability of hotel assets.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, building codes, and brand standards.
• Manage the departmental budget, control expenses, and oversee procurement of necessary supplies and equipment.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical or Electrical) or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in facility or engineering management, preferably in a luxury hotel.
• Strong technical knowledge of building systems, including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing.
• Proven leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and project management abilities.
• Knowledge of workplace safety and environmental regulations.
• Strong financial acumen for budget management and cost control.
