Position: Facility Operations Manager
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the overall maintenance, repair, and operation of the hotel’s facilities, including MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) systems.
- Manage the engineering team, providing leadership, training, and scheduling to ensure efficient operations.
- Implement and manage a preventive maintenance program to ensure the longevity and reliability of hotel assets.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, building codes, and brand standards.
- Manage the departmental budget, control expenses, and oversee procurement of necessary supplies and equipment.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical or Electrical) or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in facility or engineering management, preferably in a luxury hotel.
- Strong technical knowledge of building systems, including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing.
- Proven leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and project management abilities.
- Knowledge of workplace safety and environmental regulations.
- Strong financial acumen for budget management and cost control.
