Position: Digital Marketing Assistant Manager
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the hotel’s digital marketing strategy across all online channels, including social media, SEO/SEM, and email marketing.
- Manage the hotel’s online presence and content on the official website, social media platforms, and third-party sites.
- Analyze digital marketing campaign performance and provide regular reports with actionable insights.
- Collaborate with the F&B and other revenue-generating departments to create and promote online offers.
- Manage the digital marketing budget and ensure a positive return on investment.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably within the hospitality industry.
- Proven expertise in SEO, SEM, social media management, and content creation.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency with tools like Google Analytics.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Creative mindset with a strong understanding of luxury brand positioning.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
