Position: Demi Chef de Partie

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and execute high-quality dishes in a specific kitchen section, ensuring consistency and adherence to recipes.
• Assist the Chef de Partie in daily kitchen operations, including inventory management and ordering.
• Uphold the highest standards of quality, presentation, and culinary excellence.
• Maintain strict adherence to food hygiene and kitchen safety protocols at all times.
• Supervise and train junior kitchen staff, fostering a collaborative and efficient team environment.

Qualifications:

• Indonesian citizenship.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a related role.
• Has experience working in a luxury brand hotel or restaurant.
• Strong culinary skills with a focus on quality, presentation, and consistency.
• Ability to manage sections with minimal supervision.
• Excellent knowledge of food hygiene and kitchen safety.
• Has the ability to communicate effectively in English.
