Position: Cook Pastry (DW)
Responsibilities:
- Prepare a diverse range of high-quality pastries, desserts, bread, and other baked goods following standard recipes.
- Artfully decorate cakes, pastries, and desserts to ensure an attractive and appealing presentation.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work environment in the pastry kitchen at all times.
- Monitor inventory of baking ingredients and supplies, and assist with ordering as needed.
- Adhere strictly to all food safety, sanitation, and quality standards.
Qualifications:
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a pastry or baking role.
- Good communication skills.
- A positive attitude and an outgoing personality.
- Creativity and a passion for the pastry arts and baking.
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
