Position: Bell Host

Responsibilities:

• Provide a warm and welcoming first impression to all guests upon their arrival.
• Assist guests with their luggage, ensuring careful and prompt handling.
• Escort guests to their rooms and familiarize them with the hotel’s facilities and services.
• Manage guest transportation needs, including arranging taxis and providing directions.
• Maintain a clean and orderly lobby and entrance area, representing the hotel’s luxury standards.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a Bellman or in a similar guest-facing role in a 5-star hotel.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A friendly, professional, and guest-centric demeanor.
• Physical ability to lift and move luggage.
• Good knowledge of the local Jakarta area and attractions.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Fluent in English.
