Position: Bell Host
Responsibilities:
- Provide a warm and welcoming first impression to all guests upon their arrival.
- Assist guests with their luggage, ensuring careful and prompt handling.
- Escort guests to their rooms and familiarize them with the hotel’s facilities and services.
- Manage guest transportation needs, including arranging taxis and providing directions.
- Maintain a clean and orderly lobby and entrance area, representing the hotel’s luxury standards.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Bellman or in a similar guest-facing role in a 5-star hotel.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A friendly, professional, and guest-centric demeanor.
- Physical ability to lift and move luggage.
- Good knowledge of the local Jakarta area and attractions.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Fluent in English.
