Position: F&B Host
Responsibilities:
- Act as the first point of contact for the dining outlet, greeting guests with warmth and professionalism.
- Manage restaurant reservations, seating arrangements, and guest flow to ensure a smooth dining experience.
- Escort guests to their tables and present them with menus.
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries regarding the restaurant’s offerings and availability.
- Assist the service team as needed and ensure the reception area is immaculate at all times.
Qualifications:
- Experience as a Host/Hostess or in a similar role in a fine dining restaurant or luxury hotel.
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
- A polished, professional appearance and a positive, welcoming attitude.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage reservations effectively.
- Ability to remain calm and gracious in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with reservation management software is an advantage.
- Fluent in English.
