Position: F&B Host

Responsibilities:

• Act as the first point of contact for the dining outlet, greeting guests with warmth and professionalism.
• Manage restaurant reservations, seating arrangements, and guest flow to ensure a smooth dining experience.
• Escort guests to their tables and present them with menus.
• Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries regarding the restaurant’s offerings and availability.
• Assist the service team as needed and ensure the reception area is immaculate at all times.

Qualifications:

• Experience as a Host/Hostess or in a similar role in a fine dining restaurant or luxury hotel.
• Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
• A polished, professional appearance and a positive, welcoming attitude.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage reservations effectively.
• Ability to remain calm and gracious in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with reservation management software is an advantage.
• Fluent in English.
