Position: Chef de Partie – Teppanyaki

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the Teppanyaki station during service.
• Prepare and cook high-quality Teppanyaki dishes with flair and precision in front of guests.
• Ensure all ingredients are fresh and prepared according to hotel standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary Teppanyaki grill and work area.
• Engage with guests, providing an entertaining and interactive dining experience.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of culinary experience, with at least 1-2 years specializing in Teppanyaki cooking.
• Demonstrated skill and performance in Teppanyaki grilling and presentation.
• A passion for Japanese cuisine and commitment to authenticity and quality.
• Excellent communication and guest interaction skills.
• Ability to work independently and maintain high standards under pressure.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
• Experience in a luxury hotel or high-end Japanese restaurant is essential.
