Position: Bell Attendant

Responsibilities:

• Provide a warm and friendly welcome to all guests upon their arrival at the hotel.
• Assist guests with the handling and transportation of their luggage to and from their rooms.
• Escort guests to their rooms and provide a brief orientation of the room and hotel facilities.
• Manage luggage storage and assist with guest transportation and travel inquiries.
• Maintain a clean and professional appearance of the hotel lobby and entrance area.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience as a Bell Attendant or in a similar guest-facing role is preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• A proactive, helpful, and friendly attitude.
• Good knowledge of the local area and attractions in Yogyakarta.
• Physical fitness to handle luggage and stand for extended periods.
• A valid driver’s license is often an advantage.
• Professional grooming and presentation.
