Position: Villa Host
Responsibilities:
- Act as a dedicated personal host and single point of contact for guests staying in our private villas.
- Provide anticipatory and personalized service, from pre-arrival arrangements to departure.
- Coordinate all aspects of the guest’s stay, including dining reservations, spa bookings, and daily activities.
- Ensure the villa is perfectly prepared for guest arrival and maintained to the highest standards.
- Create bespoke experiences that showcase the best of the resort and Uluwatu.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Butler, Villa Host, or in a senior guest service role in a top-tier luxury resort.
- An unparalleled commitment to personalized guest service and attention to detail.
- Outstanding communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- A discreet and professional demeanor.
- In-depth knowledge of luxury service standards and etiquette.
- Ability to work independently and anticipate guest needs.
- Fluent in English.
