Position: Villa Host

Responsibilities:

• Act as a dedicated personal host and single point of contact for guests staying in our private villas.
• Provide anticipatory and personalized service, from pre-arrival arrangements to departure.
• Coordinate all aspects of the guest’s stay, including dining reservations, spa bookings, and daily activities.
• Ensure the villa is perfectly prepared for guest arrival and maintained to the highest standards.
• Create bespoke experiences that showcase the best of the resort and Uluwatu.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Butler, Villa Host, or in a senior guest service role in a top-tier luxury resort.
• An unparalleled commitment to personalized guest service and attention to detail.
• Outstanding communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• A discreet and professional demeanor.
• In-depth knowledge of luxury service standards and etiquette.
• Ability to work independently and anticipate guest needs.
• Fluent in English.
