Position: F&B Administrative Assistant
Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Food & Beverage Director and management team.
- Assist with scheduling, payroll, and maintaining employee records for the F&B department.
- Prepare and manage departmental correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Handle purchasing requisitions and assist with tracking inventory and expenses.
- Coordinate departmental meetings and assist in the creation of menus and promotional materials.
Qualifications:
- Previous administrative experience, preferably within the F&B department of a hotel.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- A proactive and detail-oriented approach to all tasks.
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic team environment.
