Position: F&B Administrative Assistant

Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Food & Beverage Director and management team.
• Assist with scheduling, payroll, and maintaining employee records for the F&B department.
• Prepare and manage departmental correspondence, reports, and presentations.
• Handle purchasing requisitions and assist with tracking inventory and expenses.
• Coordinate departmental meetings and assist in the creation of menus and promotional materials.

Qualifications:

• Previous administrative experience, preferably within the F&B department of a hotel.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• A proactive and detail-oriented approach to all tasks.
• Ability to work effectively in a dynamic team environment.
