Position: F&B Host
Responsibilities:
- Provide a warm and elegant welcome to all guests arriving at the restaurant.
- Manage reservations, table allocations, and guest seating to ensure a smooth dining experience.
- Act as the first point of contact, answering phone calls and addressing guest inquiries about the restaurant.
- Maintain the ambiance and presentation of the restaurant entrance and host stand.
- Communicate effectively with the service and kitchen teams regarding guest flow and special requests.
Qualifications:
- Experience as a Host/Hostess in a fine dining restaurant or luxury resort is essential.
- A polished, professional appearance and a gracious, welcoming personality.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and experience with reservation management systems.
- Ability to remain calm and composed in a busy environment.
- A passion for food and beverage and delivering exceptional service.
- Fluent in English.
