Position: F&B Host

Responsibilities:

• Provide a warm and elegant welcome to all guests arriving at the restaurant.
• Manage reservations, table allocations, and guest seating to ensure a smooth dining experience.
• Act as the first point of contact, answering phone calls and addressing guest inquiries about the restaurant.
• Maintain the ambiance and presentation of the restaurant entrance and host stand.
• Communicate effectively with the service and kitchen teams regarding guest flow and special requests.

Qualifications:

• Experience as a Host/Hostess in a fine dining restaurant or luxury resort is essential.
• A polished, professional appearance and a gracious, welcoming personality.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills and experience with reservation management systems.
• Ability to remain calm and composed in a busy environment.
• A passion for food and beverage and delivering exceptional service.
• Fluent in English.
