Position: Event Service Assistant Manager
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Event Service Manager in the planning and execution of all banquet events.
- Supervise banquet operations, ensuring all setups, service, and breakdowns are completed to standard.
- Lead and train the banquet service team to deliver high-quality, professional service.
- Act as a key point of contact for event clients on the day of the event, ensuring their needs are met.
- Coordinate with the kitchen, sales, and other departments to ensure seamless event delivery.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a banquet or event service role, with at least 1 year in a supervisory capacity.
- Strong knowledge of banquet operations, event setups, and service styles.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple events and work effectively under pressure.
- A high level of attention to detail.
- Strong guest and client-facing skills.
- Experience in a large-scale conference hotel or resort is essential.
