Position: Event Service Assistant Manager

Responsibilities:

• Assist the Event Service Manager in the planning and execution of all banquet events.
• Supervise banquet operations, ensuring all setups, service, and breakdowns are completed to standard.
• Lead and train the banquet service team to deliver high-quality, professional service.
• Act as a key point of contact for event clients on the day of the event, ensuring their needs are met.
• Coordinate with the kitchen, sales, and other departments to ensure seamless event delivery.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a banquet or event service role, with at least 1 year in a supervisory capacity.
• Strong knowledge of banquet operations, event setups, and service styles.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple events and work effectively under pressure.
• A high level of attention to detail.
• Strong guest and client-facing skills.
• Experience in a large-scale conference hotel or resort is essential.
