Position: Event Service Team Leader
Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of banquet servers during events, ensuring service is efficient and professional.
- Oversee the setup of event spaces according to Banquet Event Orders (BEOs).
- Provide on-the-floor supervision during functions, attending to guest and client needs.
- Assist in training new staff on service standards and procedures.
- Ensure the cleanliness and organization of all banquet equipment and storage areas.
Qualifications:
- At least 2-3 years of experience in banquet service in a large hotel or conference center.
- Previous experience in a supervisory or captain role is highly desirable.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- A thorough understanding of banquet service and event execution.
- Ability to motivate a team and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional demeanor and a commitment to high service standards.
- Excellent attention to detail.
