Position: Environmental Manager

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement the resort’s environmental and sustainability strategies and programs.
• Monitor and manage energy, water, and waste consumption to achieve sustainability targets.
• Ensure compliance with all environmental regulations and corporate sustainability standards.
• Lead the hotel’s “Green Team” and promote environmental awareness among colleagues and guests.
• Prepare sustainability reports and manage certifications (e.g., Green Globe).

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in an environmental or sustainability management role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
• Strong knowledge of environmental regulations, sustainability practices, and certification processes.
• Excellent project management, analytical, and reporting skills.
• A passion for environmental conservation and sustainability.
• Strong communication and leadership skills to drive engagement.
• Ability to work collaboratively across all hotel departments.
