Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a supervisory role within a hotel engineering team.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Comprehensive technical knowledge of hotel building systems.
- Experience with preventive maintenance programs.
- Ability to train and mentor engineering staff.
