Executive Chef

Responsibilities:

  • Lead, manage, and inspire the entire culinary team to deliver high-quality dishes consistently.
  • Design and develop innovative menus for all F&B outlets, including restaurants, room service, and events.
  • Oversee all kitchen operations, including food preparation, inventory management, and cost control.
  • Train and mentor kitchen staff to enhance their skills and ensure adherence to brand standards.
  • Ensure the kitchen complies with all health, safety, and sanitation regulations at all times.

Qualifications:

  • Proven ability in leading kitchen operations for a resort property.
  • Strong commitment to upholding culinary standards and responsibilities.
  • A customer-focused approach to ensuring exceptional service and guest satisfaction.
  • Excellent analytical skills to evaluate results and solve problems effectively.
  • Must be a certified food handler with up-to-date food safety certifications.
  • Minimum of 5 years of culinary experience, with at least 2 years in a senior leadership role (e.g., Sous Chef or Executive Chef).
  • Extensive knowledge of various cuisines and modern culinary trends.
