Assistant Chief Engineering
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Chief Engineer in managing the hotel’s engineering and maintenance department.
- Supervise the maintenance team and oversee the preventative maintenance program for all machinery and equipment.
- Ensure the proper functioning of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and life safety systems.
- Manage engineering projects and renovations as directed.
- Maintain records of maintenance activities and utility consumption.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory role within a hotel engineering department.
- Strong technical knowledge of MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) systems.
- Excellent leadership and project management skills.
- Familiarity with hotel safety and security standards.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Good communication skills in English.
