Barista (Apprentice)
Responsibilities:
- Learn to prepare and serve a variety of coffee and other beverage items.
- Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar.
- Provide friendly and efficient service to guests.
- Learn about coffee beans, brewing methods, and latte art.
- Handle guest payments and operate the POS system under supervision.
Qualifications:
- A strong passion for coffee and a desire to learn the art of a barista.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Positive, energetic, and enthusiastic attitude.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- No prior experience required, but hospitality school background is a plus.
- Good communication skills.
- Willingness to learn and take direction.
