Position: Assistant Front Office Manager
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Front Office Manager in leading and managing all front desk operations.
- Supervise, train, and motivate Front Office staff to deliver excellent guest service.
- Handle guest complaints and inquiries, ensuring swift and satisfactory resolutions.
- Oversee daily check-in/check-out procedures, billing, and room assignments.
- Prepare and analyze reports on occupancy, guest feedback, and departmental performance.
Qualifications:
- At least 1 year of work experience as an Assistant Front Office Manager or senior Front Office Supervisor.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Able to work independently or within a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Good interpersonal skill, fast learner, talented, and works well with pressures.
- Proficiency in hotel Property Management Systems (PMS).
