Position: Assistant Front Office Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Front Office Manager in overseeing all front desk operations.
  • Supervise and train Front Office staff, including receptionists and concierge.
  • Ensure a high level of guest satisfaction by handling inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Manage room inventory, reservations, and guest check-in/check-out processes.
  • Prepare reports on occupancy, revenue, and guest feedback.

Qualifications:

  • At least 1 year of work experience as an Assistant Front Office Manager or Front Office Supervisor.
  • Good communication skills and a passion for guest service.
  • Able to work independently or within a team.
  • Good interpersonal skill, fast learner, talented, and work well with pressures.
  • Proficient in hotel management systems.
