Position: Assistant Front Office Manager
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Front Office Manager in overseeing all front desk operations.
- Supervise and train Front Office staff, including receptionists and concierge.
- Ensure a high level of guest satisfaction by handling inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Manage room inventory, reservations, and guest check-in/check-out processes.
- Prepare reports on occupancy, revenue, and guest feedback.
Qualifications:
- At least 1 year of work experience as an Assistant Front Office Manager or Front Office Supervisor.
- Good communication skills and a passion for guest service.
- Able to work independently or within a team.
- Good interpersonal skill, fast learner, talented, and work well with pressures.
- Proficient in hotel management systems.
