Position: Wine Sommelier

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain the hotel’s wine list and manage the wine cellar inventory.
• Advise guests on wine pairings and provide an exceptional wine service experience.
• Train F&B staff on wine knowledge, sales techniques, and proper service.
• Collaborate with the culinary team to create harmonious food and wine pairings.
• Oversee all aspects of wine storage, handling, and sales.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Sommelier in a fine dining restaurant or luxury hotel.
• WSET certification or equivalent is highly desirable.
• In-depth knowledge of wine regions, grape varietals, and food and wine pairing principles.
• Excellent communication and sales skills with a passion for sharing wine knowledge.
• Elegant and polished service delivery.
