Position: Guest Service Agent

Responsibilities:

• Welcome guests in a warm and professional manner.
• Manage guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently.
• Handle guest inquiries and provide information about the hotel and local area.
• Process payments and manage reservations accurately.
• Address guest feedback and resolve any issues to ensure guest satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a Front Office or guest-facing role.
• A warm smile, a passion for service, and a desire to make history through hospitality.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in hotel management software (PMS).
• Strong problem-solving abilities.
• A team player with a positive attitude.
• Fluent in English.
