Position: Soundman

Responsibilities:

• Set up, operate, and maintain audio equipment for live events and daily operations.
• Perform sound checks and ensure optimal audio quality.
• Troubleshoot any issues with sound equipment.
• Collaborate with event managers and performers.
• Manage the inventory of audio equipment.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Soundman or Audio Engineer, preferably in the Horeca or entertainment industry.
• Expert knowledge of sound equipment, including mixers, microphones, and speakers.
• A good ear for sound quality and detail.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
• Strong communication skills.
• Domiciled in Semarang or the surrounding area.
