Position: Bar Supervisor
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the daily operations of the bar.
- Train and mentor bartenders and bar staff.
- Manage bar inventory, including ordering and stock control.
- Ensure high standards of beverage quality and customer service.
- Develop new cocktail recipes and promotions.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Bar Supervisor or Head Bartender in the Horeca industry.
- Extensive knowledge of mixology, spirits, and wine.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Creative and passionate about beverage creation.
- Domiciled in Semarang or the surrounding area.
