Position: Bar Supervisor

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the daily operations of the bar.
• Train and mentor bartenders and bar staff.
• Manage bar inventory, including ordering and stock control.
• Ensure high standards of beverage quality and customer service.
• Develop new cocktail recipes and promotions.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Bar Supervisor or Head Bartender in the Horeca industry.
• Extensive knowledge of mixology, spirits, and wine.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Creative and passionate about beverage creation.
• Domiciled in Semarang or the surrounding area.
