Position: Front Office (Daily Worker)

Responsibilities:

• Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures.
• Handle guest inquiries and provide information about the hotel and local area.
• Operate the hotel’s telephone switchboard and direct calls.
• Manage guest requests and coordinate with other departments.
• Perform administrative tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 6 months experience in the same position.
• Fresh graduates from tourism or hospitality school are welcome.
• Willing to work mostly at Night Shift.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

* Familiarity with hotel PMS is an advantage.

• Able to join immediately.
• Domiciled in Bali.
