Diamond Hotel Kuta Bali is a contemporary four-star property featuring 168 guest rooms, strategically located in the heart of Kuta. Our prime location offers easy access to the business district and premier holiday destinations, just minutes away from Sunset Road, Denpasar, Legian, Seminyak, and the famous Kuta Beach. We are currently seeking talented individuals for hotel jobs in Kuta to join our dedicated team.

Position: Front Office (Daily Worker)
Responsibilities:
- Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures.
- Handle guest inquiries and provide information about the hotel and local area.
- Operate the hotel’s telephone switchboard and direct calls.
- Manage guest requests and coordinate with other departments.
- Perform administrative tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 6 months experience in the same position.
- Fresh graduates from tourism or hospitality school are welcome.
- Willing to work mostly at Night Shift.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Able to join immediately.
- Domiciled in Bali.
* Familiarity with hotel PMS is an advantage.
