Position: Assistant Director of Sales
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Director of Sales in leading and managing the sales team to achieve hotel revenue targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies across various market segments.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key corporate clients, travel agents, and MICE organizers.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and contribute to the annual budget planning.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a senior sales role (e.g., Sales Manager) within the hotel industry.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
- A strong network of corporate and MICE contacts in the Surabaya market.
- Target-driven with a strategic and analytical mindset.
- Proficient in English and familiar with hotel sales software.
- Indonesian citizen.
