Position: Assistant Director of Sales

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Director of Sales in leading and managing the sales team to achieve hotel revenue targets.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies across various market segments.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key corporate clients, travel agents, and MICE organizers.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities.
  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and contribute to the annual budget planning.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a senior sales role (e.g., Sales Manager) within the hotel industry.
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
  • A strong network of corporate and MICE contacts in the Surabaya market.
  • Target-driven with a strategic and analytical mindset.
  • Proficient in English and familiar with hotel sales software.
  • Indonesian citizen.
