Position: Cost Control

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and control all hotel operational costs, including Food & Beverage, and general supplies.
  • Conduct regular inventory checks and spot checks in all outlets and storerooms.
  • Analyze cost reports and identify areas for cost reduction and efficiency improvement.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly cost reports for management.
  • Work closely with the Purchasing and F&B departments to ensure optimal pricing and quality.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a Cost Control position within the hotel industry.
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills with high attention to detail.
  • Proficient in inventory management systems and Microsoft Excel.
  • Good understanding of hotel operations, particularly in F&B and purchasing.
  • Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with other departments.
  • Diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, or Hospitality Management.
  • Honest, disciplined, and able to work under pressure.
