Position: Chief Engineer
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the entire Engineering department and its daily operations.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive preventive maintenance program for all hotel facilities and equipment.
- Ensure the hotel complies with all government regulations related to building, safety, and fire codes.
- Manage the department’s budget, control energy consumption, and oversee capital projects.
- Train and develop the engineering team to ensure high standards of performance and safety.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Chief Engineer or Assistant Chief Engineer in a reputable hotel.
- Strong technical knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.
- Excellent leadership, project management, and problem-solving skills.
- In-depth understanding of safety regulations and procedures.
- Ability to manage budgets and control operational costs effectively.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Indonesian citizen.
