Position: Chief Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the entire Engineering department and its daily operations.
• Develop and implement a comprehensive preventive maintenance program for all hotel facilities and equipment.
• Ensure the hotel complies with all government regulations related to building, safety, and fire codes.
• Manage the department’s budget, control energy consumption, and oversee capital projects.
• Train and develop the engineering team to ensure high standards of performance and safety.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Chief Engineer or Assistant Chief Engineer in a reputable hotel.
• Strong technical knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.
• Excellent leadership, project management, and problem-solving skills.
• In-depth understanding of safety regulations and procedures.
• Ability to manage budgets and control operational costs effectively.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Indonesian citizen.
