Position: Duty Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily front office and hotel operations during the shift, ensuring all standards are met.
  • Act as the main point of contact for guests, handling complaints, emergencies, and special requests with professionalism.
  • Lead, supervise, and support the front desk team to ensure a smooth check-in/check-out process.
  • Conduct regular inspections of the hotel to maintain cleanliness, safety, and operational efficiency.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in a customer-facing or supervisory role within the hotel industry.
  • Ability to lead, motivate, and manage a diverse team.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Must be able to handle and solve unexpected issues, complaints, and emergencies.
  • Enthusiasm for providing an exceptional guest experience and going the extra mile.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in a similar position is preferred.
