Position: IT Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all technology operations and evaluate them according to established goals.
  • Manage IT staff by recruiting, training, and coaching employees, communicating job expectations.
  • Devise and establish IT policies and systems to support the implementation of strategies set by upper management.
  • Analyze the business requirements of all departments to determine their technology needs.
  • Purchase efficient and cost-effective technological equipment and software.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an IT Manager in a 4 or 5-star hotel (minimum 3-5 years).
  • In-depth knowledge of hotel management software (PMS) and IT infrastructure.
  • Strong leadership and project management skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
  • Familiar with budgeting and IT cost control.
  • Able to perform under pressure in a fast-paced, service-focused environment.
