Position: Sales Coordinator

Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative support to the Sales Manager and sales team.
• Prepare sales proposals, contracts, and other documentation.
• Manage sales databases and ensure all client information is accurate and up-to-date.
• Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless event execution for clients.
• Respond to sales inquiries and handle client communication in a timely manner.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Sales Coordinator or in a similar administrative role in a hotel (minimum 2 years).
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• High level of proficiency with MS Office and CRM software.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
• A team player with a high level of dedication.
• Able to perform under pressure in a fast-paced, service-focused environment.
