Position: Facility Operations Manager
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the comprehensive maintenance and operation of all hotel facilities, including MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) and HVAC systems.
- Lead and manage the engineering team, ensuring a high standard of workmanship and adherence to safety protocols.
- Develop and implement a robust preventive maintenance program to ensure the longevity of hotel assets.
- Manage departmental budgets, control operational costs, and oversee procurement of necessary supplies and equipment.
- Coordinate with other departments to address maintenance requests promptly and efficiently, minimizing disruption to guest experience.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a similar facility or engineering management role within a luxury hotel.
- A degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field is required.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and project management skills.
- In-depth technical knowledge of building systems, energy management, and workplace safety.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
- Strong financial acumen for budget management and cost control.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
