Position: Sous Chef

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Executive Chef in managing all kitchen operations.
  • Supervise and train the culinary team, ensuring adherence to recipes and standards.
  • Oversee food preparation, plating, and quality control for all outlets.
  • Manage kitchen inventory, ordering, and cost control in the absence of the Executive Chef.
  • Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation regulations.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Sous Chef in a 5-star hotel or reputable fine dining restaurant.
  • Strong leadership, training, and organizational skills.
  • Expertise in multiple culinary techniques and international cuisines.
  • Ability to manage a kitchen in a high-pressure environment.
  • A culinary degree or equivalent certification.
  • Strong knowledge of food costing and kitchen management.
  • Creative and passionate about delivering high-quality culinary experiences.
