Position: Bell Host
Responsibilities:
- Provide a warm and professional welcome to guests upon their arrival and a fond farewell upon departure.
- Assist guests with their luggage, ensuring it is handled with care and delivered promptly.
- Escort guests to their rooms and provide a brief orientation of the hotel facilities.
- Maintain a strong presence in the lobby, ready to assist guests with inquiries and directions.
- Coordinate with the front desk and concierge to ensure a smooth flow of guest services.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Bellman or Doorman in a luxury hotel setting.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- A positive, friendly, and helpful demeanor.
- Physically fit and able to lift and handle heavy luggage.
- Professional grooming and appearance.
- Good knowledge of the local area and attractions.
- Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
