Position: F&B Host
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests to the restaurant in a warm and professional manner.
- Manage reservations, seating arrangements, and waitlists to optimize table turnover.
- Escort guests to their tables and present menus.
- Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries regarding menus, promotions, and reservations.
- Maintain a clean and organized host stand and reception area.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Hostess or Greeter in a fine dining restaurant or luxury hotel.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- A polished, professional appearance and a gracious demeanor.
- Proficiency with restaurant reservation systems and POS software.
- Ability to remain calm and organized during busy periods.
- A team player with a positive attitude.
- Fluent in English.
