Position: Banquet Manager
Qualifications:
- Plan, organize, and oversee banquet events, including weddings, conferences, corporate functions, and special events.
- Ensure smooth coordination with the culinary, service, and event planning teams to deliver high-quality guest experiences.
- Develop staff schedules, manage shifts, and ensure adequate coverage for events.
- Uphold brand standards in service, presentation, and guest interaction.
- Diploma in Hospitality Management/Food & Beverage preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a similar capacity.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Excellent reading, writing, and oral proficiency in the English language.
