Position: Chef de Partie

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Chef de Partie or in a similar role, preferably within an international hotel brand.
• Strong culinary skills in both Indonesian and Western cuisine.
• Solid understanding of food safety, sanitation, and HACCP standards.
• Ability to lead and supervise a section in the kitchen.
• Creative, energetic, and able to work effectively under pressure.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• A culinary diploma or equivalent professional training is highly desirable.
