Position: Internship – FB Product

Responsibilities:

• Assist the Culinary team in the preparation and production of various food items across different kitchen sections (hot, cold, pastry).
• Learn and apply basic cooking techniques, hygiene standards, and food safety protocols (HACCP).
• Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and sanitation of the kitchen area and equipment.
• Support the team in inventory management, receiving, and proper storage of ingredients.
• Work under supervision, demonstrating strong motivation and willingness to learn from experienced chefs.

Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a Degree/Diploma in Culinary Arts or F&B Production.
• Strong interest in culinary arts, food preparation, and developing practical kitchen skills.
• Excellent team spirit, strong motivation, good personality and appearance.
• Ability to work efficiently and consistently in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be highly motivated and eager to learn the operation of an international brand hotel in Makassar.
• A commitment to cleanliness and food safety.
• Basic understanding of kitchen hierarchy and operations.
