Position: Demi CDP Dimsum
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the preparation and execution of high-quality Dimsum products.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the Dimsum kitchen section.
- Ensure consistency and adherence to standardized recipes and portion control.
- Assist the Chef De Partie in managing inventory for the Dimsum station.
- Strictly follow all hygiene and food safety guidelines.
Qualifications:
- Specialized experience in Dimsum and Chinese cuisine production, preferably in a premium hotel or restaurant.
- Solid understanding of food safety and sanitation procedures in a high-volume kitchen.
- Ability to work efficiently and consistently in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with a passion for precise culinary execution.
- Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Must be available to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- Proven track record in high-quality dimsum production.
