• Experience in a similar position as an Executive Assistant or Secretary at a hotel or resort.
• Excellent communication skills, highly motivated, creative, and innovative.
• Results and guest-oriented with a good personality and positive attitude.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills; proficient in office software.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• A proactive and resourceful team player.
• Fluent in both written and spoken English.
